My memory is fuzzy about how this track came about. It was recorded circa 2000. I believe I heard about a Move/ELO tribute album, probably the project that ultimately came out in November 2001 as Lynne Me Your Ears. Since I'd long loved this obscure song from Roy Wood's Boulders, I asked Frank if he could record it with me. We recorded at a Hoboken studio--probably Water Music. I recall that Frank played all the instruments; he did an amazing job and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him. I submitted the track for the tribute album but never heard back.

Recently a friend sent me a cassette copy of this track. I was so pleased to hear it again for the first time in twenty years that I thought I'd share it here, despite the subpar quality of the copy. Somewhere in my storage unit, I do have a DAT master, so at some point in the future I'll replace this track with the DAT. If you download this track now, I'll send you the DAT version for free whenever it goes up.
